MINDFUL HUMAN
Daniel has noticed that when he’s engaged with mindfulness practices, life is better! Inside & out. He has also noticed that mindfulness is critical seeing, accepting & healing the manifestations of white supremacy within his own mind, body & relationships.
His current practices include meditation, yoga and moment-by-moment mindful awareness. In addition, Daniel practices Getting Things Done, or GTD, a method of tracking commitments that helps the mind can stay clear, creative & present.
Daniel enjoys facilitating meditation and leading meditation hikes in local nature.
